Craneware

Thank you Craneware – for supporting the ‘Carbon Fivers’ challenge to raise funds for Winning Scotland Foundation.

Medical billing software developer Craneware deserves a huge thank you for generously supporting our 500 mile cycle challenge around the north of Scotland. With only a few days to go until the team sets off, backing like this will no doubt help significantly with motivation, especially when ‘the Fivers’ need to dig deep for the big climbs.

Craneware plc is one of the UK’s most highly-rated technology companies. Founded in 1999, Craneware has headquarters in Edinburgh with offices in Atlanta, Boston and Phoenix employing over 200 staff. The company’s value cycle software is in use in over a quarter of all hospitals in the US. During a time when the US healthcare market is undergoing enormous regulatory change, Craneware enables US healthcare providers to improve margins and enhance patient outcomes so they can continue to provide quality outcomes for all.

Profitable and strongly cash-generative, the company has announced three consecutive years of record sales and is in the process of expanding its technology portfolio to increase its strategic importance within the US healthcare market. More information on the Company can be found here: www.craneware.com and on the FT website here.

Winning Scotland Foundation is indeed an inspirational charity. It aims to help young people in Scotland ‘achieve their personal best’ in whatever they choose to do, helping to develop resilience, self-belief and determination. It is highly fitting then, that the Carbon riders will be required to call upon these very same qualities themselves in their Highland 500 challenge.

“The route is very demanding physically”, says Carbon lead rider Richard Wadsworth, “however, with the advice from the charity’s champions, we will be prepared to the best level we can be. During the ride we will be thinking of the fantastic support we have received and how much more great work Winning Scotland Foundation will be able to do when we reach our target.”
