We are recruiting: Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Adviser Firm of the Year (UK) 2015, Carbon Financial Partners is looking to appoint a friendly, well mannered and efficient receptionist/admin assistant in our Edinburgh office.

Duties to include, meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, managing meeting rooms, travel arrangements, deliveries etc.

In addition, you will provide administration support to our Client Services Manager.

The successful candidate will have a professional and hard working manner and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.  They will also display the essential ability to be a team player.

If you would like to work for one of the UK’s leading financial planning and investment advice firms, you must be extremely well presented, possess strong communication skills, and ideally have previous corporate reception experience.

This position is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately.
