Having a whale of a time… (sorry.)

At Carbon it is our job to help you to make the most of your money, and to help you to understand ‘how much is enough?’ so you can fulfil all of your life’s ambitions – your ‘bucket list’.

If seeing the world is on your list, then Carbon’s recent event in the National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh, with wildlife photographer and cameraman Doug Allan, is likely to have had you reaching for your financial plan to check you are doing everything you can to boost your travel budget.

For over two hours, 150 of us sat enthralled as Doug regaled us with mind-blowing tales of humpback whales in Tonga, polar bears in the Arctic, and other extraordinary stories of photographing wildlife across the globe. The talk was followed by a Question and Answer session, and a chance for Doug to sign his book, Freeze Frame.

“I could have listened to Doug all night”, said one spellbound client.

“He made me wonder what I’ve been doing with my life”,said another.

Unfortunately, we can’t turn your life into Doug Allan’s, but we can show you how to turn some of your travel dreams into reality, with some good financial planning.

Perhaps you want to dive on the Great Barrier Reef, walk the Great Wall of China or golf at Pebble Beach.

Whatever your travel dream, we like to think we can help you get there.
